Often it is seen that the rules and regulations by and large remain not properly employed in various organisations thereby leading to problems to public. In recent times at least one organization namely DMRC (METRO) at least they have tried to set some example in it’s work culture to imbibe these values. Of course in past few months they also bad luck and executions. This is in regard to various construction agencies/deptt. involved in providing these services.
I have been watching with lot of interest that sometime in the name of so called improvements unwanted works are carried out e.g. laying of pavement after breaking beautifully laid tiles on all the pathways in Kaushambi, Ghaziabd.
There was no need to to do this work. This itself speaks the purpose for which this work is being done. There are damaged tiles in the Kaushambi Central Park or the Central Water Tank that needs repairs will not be done but all that not necessary is being done.
The staff of GDA hardly comes for inspection and the contractors keep utilizing half of the roads for dumping the construction materials. While doing so they hardly care for inconveniences which will be caused to the public leave a part likelihood of accidents. Who bothers’ and why any one should bother? Every one knows that no one will be booked for committing this crime and by whom?
Police will remain silent till some accidents happen. Jr. Engineer or concerned Executive Engineer will hardly care to come out of their offices and see things are done properly. If some thing, God forbid, serious may happen like accident of school going bus etc. then the state machinery will order a judicial probe and findings of the same will remain in file what to think of action on the same.
I hope every one needs to rise and understand that small slip how small it may be could be so damaging that losses can not be made good enough. Pain can be felt only when some one close to heart will get affected in the process
